Sepanja hosts can easily list their properties - which can be a single room, suites, apartments, entire houses or even a castle - on Sepanja website.
Sepanja is free for creating a listing, and hosts decide how much to charge per night, week or month.

Sepanja can benefit both hosts and guests. Hosts not only have and opportunity to see people around the world but also gain mony from their residence, and guests have much benefit accomodate with less cost of hotels.
hosts and travelers must to create a free Sepanja account thus they can list their residence and book accommodations anywhere in IRAN .If you do not have Sepanja account yet, check Sepanja.com and click on SignUp .

c. Enter your email address, and choose an optional password
SignUp and create a free Sepanja account .
After you sign up, you have access to your profile and you can complete your account details.
Almost anyone can be a host! It's free to sign up and list your residence.
Click on List Your Property and do as follow:
1. Set the days does are available and not available
2. Set your per night and weekend price
3. Enter your residence location, category, amenities and other details
4. Set the check-in and check-out times for your residence.
5. In order to present your residence, select high-quality photos
6. choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that we enforce to protect both hosts and guests
7. Add additional information in the description box, if necessary.
8. See a preview of the completed information and click on submit
After Login to your account you can go to profile and select My residences .
In this page you have the ability to see and edit your residences.
Immediately after receiving a booking request for of your residence, Sepanja will contact you either by phone or text message. The host has the option to either accept or decline the request within 2 hours. Once the host accepts, Sepanja will send the guest an email that includes the payment link.
To search and find an accommodation :
1. Enter your destination on Sepanja.com, .
2. Click Search.
3. Then, you may use filters (for example Amenities, Accommodation Type, Location) to narrow your options.
4. Scroll through the pages or use the map to find residence in the location you want.
5. Click on a chosen item to open it. To learn more about it, read the description, check the available amenities and see comments that other guests have mentioned.
6. If you have any questions, contact Sepanja through Email Or, if you’re ready to book, request to book the residence
You have the option to browse the listings based on different categories.
You can also save your favorite places, which you can save for later.
After finding the right place, enter your exact check in and check-out date plus number of guest and click Reservation request. Your selection will be added to your wish list. Hosts have 2 hours to accept or decline your request, and your reservation is automatically confirmed once they confirm it. When a host responds to your request, we send you an email that includes the payment link. After completing the payment process an email will be sent to you including receipt and host contact information. Contact your host to arrange a check-in time and arrival details like picking up the key.
Sepanja's payment system is designed to make transferring money between guests and hosts as simple and reliable as possible. Here’s how it works:
1. Guests pay Sepanja when they book a place
2. Sepanja releases 50% of the Accommodation Fees (less applicable fees and taxes) to the Host within few hours of the scheduled check-in time of the Guest at the applicable Accommodation and the rest at the time of guest departure.
Sepanja allows hosts to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that we enforce to protect both hosts and guests. A host's cancellation policy can be found in their listing page. Guests must agree to the host's cancellation policy when they make a reservation.
Each reservation on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy. A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the Cancel button, which they can find in my account activity menu .
The Sepanja service fee is non-refundable.
In the event that your reservation is canceled by a host, we will immediately inform you to know whether you want to Transfer your payment to a new Sepanja reservation or Get a refund.
Your money is immediately available to have a new reservation. Once you've found a new place, we'll automatically transfer your payment to your new reservation request.
If you’d prefer not to book another place on Sepanja, you can ask for a full refund online at any time.
So you can do as follow:
1. Go to Account Activities menu
2. Find your canceled reservation
3. Click on Canceled Booking button
4. Choose whether you want to Request a refund or Transfer your payment to a new reservation
You may monitor our client reviews at the bottom of each residence page. Both hosts and guests can leave comments.Reviews are public for both guests and hosts.It will help other travelers to learn through their experiences.
