در صورت کنسلی ازسوی میهمان در ایام عید نوروز ، کنسلی وجود ندارد/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل و اینترنت این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل بسیار خوب است/ رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 23 می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر 20روزقبل می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / کلید درب ورودی اقامتگاه تحویل میهمان داده می شود /حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه 2 شب می باشد/در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد.
